Account PIN: Instructions to request, enable, change, recover, and disable the PIN

A PIN is a 6-digit code issued to you. It's used as an extra security feature in addition to your password. The PIN helps reduce the risk of keyloggers, phishing attacks, and unauthorized access to your account.

Once a PIN is set for your account, you'll have to enter it on an on-screen keypad every time you log in. On each login, the numbers will change position to stop keyloggers from recording what buttons you selected.

How can I request a PIN?

Log in to your account and follow the instructions below (depending on the device you're using):

  • Website: Account → Setting → PIN → Request PIN
  • Desktop: Settings → Account Details → PIN → Request PIN
  • Mobile app: Account → Login & Security → PIN → Request PIN

On the website, you can set your preferred PIN code yourself (if available in your jurisdiction).

We'll send a message with the PIN to your registered email address. Once you receive your PIN, you'll need to enable it.

How can I enable my PIN?

Log in to your account and follow the instructions below (depending on the device you're using):

  • Website: Account → Settings → PIN → Enable PIN
  • Desktop: Settings → Account Details → PIN → Enable PIN
  • Mobile app: Account → Login & Security → PIN → Enable PIN

Once the PIN is enabled, you'll get a confirmation message.

How can I change my PIN?

Log in to your account and follow the instructions below (depending on the device you're using):

  • Website: Account → Settings → PIN → Change PIN

How can I recover my PIN?

If you've forgotten your PIN, you can recover it using our PIN Recovery Service. Here's how:

  1. Load our software.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Select 'Login'.
  4. Select 'PIN Recovery Service'.

We'll send your PIN to the email address associated with your account.

Check your junk or spam folder if you don't receive a message after following the steps above. To prevent this, try adjusting your email account filter settings or add us to your contact list.

If you have a mobile phone validated in your account, we'll send your PIN via SMS.

If you can't reset your PIN, we'd need you to answer a few questions that only the account holder would know:

  • What's your registered date of birth?
  • What's your registered phone number?
  • What's a previous deposit/withdrawal method you've used on your account?
  • Tell us any additional information that may help us verify ownership. This could be a previously registered mailing/email address, your approximate current balance, your last login, the image on your account.

If you can't answer these questions, send us a clear digital photo of your ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card). You can upload it via the contact form on our website.

How can I disable my PIN?

We recommend keeping the PIN activated, but if you prefer to remove it, log in to your account and follow the instructions below (depending on the device you're using):

  • Website: Account → Settings → PIN→ Disable PIN
  • Desktop: Settings → Account Details → PIN → Disable PIN
  • Mobile app: Account → Login & Security → PIN → Disable PIN

Once the PIN is disabled, you'll receive a confirmation message.
